We must create jobs for these people, someone needs envelops stuffed? Our current prison system has them make license plates, for autos, so give them that. It is not and option to send them back to and institution, we no what happened there. Let them all be together in a useful environment and pay them' that is how you get results. You get them' by rewarding a person for a service just like us. Please I no the risks but there was equal risks in a prisons, Make a work place that's safe with courters take part of there salary for rent. A safe safe environment for people that need protected let them be welcomed and comfortable as we are. I am sure allot of them can teach us a thing or two' You cannot expect it to get better if you leave it the way it currently is ' You no that outcome also' So let them have a decent wage paid by the state for monetary labor. and make it a national law. Look at it this way it could be your child your sons your daughters that fall threw the cracks, would you want there end to be like what you just witnessed' well It very well could be. A community of mentally ill people who are integrated back into society threw the one thing that can save them witch is a little respect and love.
