Object Dock Plus and Windows 7 problem

I recently installed Object Dock Plus on Windows 7 RC1.  The only problem I'm having is it won't save changes I make.  Icons that I add are gone and those I remove are back the next time I boot.  Any suggestions?

I'm just guessing out of nowhere here, but UAC changed from On/Off in Vista to Different Levels of On/Off in Windows 7.  I wonder if you have to turn UAC all the way off to get this to work?  Have you tried that?

Also keep in mind that Win 7, even though RC1, is still beta.  I wouldn't expect Stardock programs to work yet.

Thanks for the replies.  I understand that things are up in the air with Windows 7 until it goes gold.  I'm just hoping other people are using it and figuring out ways around the incompatibilities.  I'll experiment with UAC to see if it has anything to do with it.

The bigger question is whether anyone is working at Stardock on ObjectDock.  There haven't been any new features or functionality for over two years now.  Hopefully, whatever the problem you are having is, it'll be a "bug fix".

I'm glad to hear that ObjectDock is being worked on.  I just noticed that a Windows 7 compatible Nexus beta was released - maybe that will turn the heat up on the ObjectDock developers    FWIW, the Nexus dock does work well on Windows 7 and looks good, but CPU usage was a little high for me.  I'm looking forward to ObjectDock2.0...
