Forces of darkness should have different unit models

Small but i think important.

Been playing the game for about a week now and its just a small thing that slightly bothers me. Just something i think would be sweet, if instead of the forces of darkness having just all the good units colored black that they actually have there own unique units that act and dmg the exact same as the good just different models so when ur playing the forces of darkness and you upgrade to dark angels it would upgrade to like demons who don't look like angels and instead of like dark giants you could get like Dark walkers who are all spikey and badass looking so that you felt like ur playing the forces of darkness and not the good team with different colors haha.

 

I know its not an immidieate change but something maybe for an expansion. Just looking to see what ya think.

adapted models would be cool, though different textures, maybe a different shader added to it... or some kind of awesome particle effect that makes you think 'oooh... creepy...'

have it as downloadable content, or in the next patch.

It's laziness on the side of GPG -- I can understand why they'd do it, but diff skins really would be great.

This is a good way to add lots of useless work that'd waste time incorporating things to actual improve gameplay.

 

I wouldn't mind it, but god there is tons i'd rather see first..

I'll have to agree with Innociv here. I can tell one side from the other, and I don't spend enough time zoomed in inspecting the creeps detail for it to really bother me.

Eventually, it would be nice... after the multiplayer, balance and UI issues have been resolved.

I would certainly like to see different models/skins for the forces of darkness. While it's easy to see the difference between light and dark troops, it'd be nice if the light troops really looked like angelic good guys, and the dark troops like demonic baddies.

This would be awesome. What about even a redish/blackish tint for the fog of war on the dark side and like a blueish/whiteish tint for the light side.
