Be it in game or at a menu, what's your favorite?
Mine is from Oak on the Demigod selection menu:
"This armor itches."

"My arrow is my messager"
I love how his messager sends messages to other demigods. 
It is a hard work when other demigods become 
and run away; The messager just want them to stay and talk.

This is such a cornball vampire cliche, but it still cracks me up every time I hear it.

Not exactly the quote it self but
After i got a snipe kill shot while he was teleporting out, i gave another command and his quote was:
"Right between the eyes"
It was just the right thing to say given the sircumstances 
"Was that five bolts or six?" lol...It's so stupid but so funny. I love it.
"Tiger attack!" I am not sure if that one is still in there, but it sounded so very silly that I shall never forget it!

TB has alot of tongue-in-cheek lines. Shame I cant stand his voice acting.
Torch Bearer definitely has the best VO and the best lines.
The funniest by far is him directly quoting from Foreigner's "Cold As Ice" (and willing to sacrifice). The other pop culture nods I can see ("I believe I can fly", etc.), but a Foreigner reference in the middle of this game is absurdly random. After hearing that, I was surprised to not hear any lines from "Hot Blooded" for Fire TB.
heh got some Foreigner fans over there I guess, also I agree about tb's voice, it sounds so retarded, they could have done a lot better if they were going for a frenzied, hellbent type voice.
