Just like I give xp to the one that told me about it and he gives xp to the one that told him about it. You make it sound as though I'm tricking people. And "apprentice" is overstating the matter, anyway. The game rewards you for introducing new players by giving you a bit of experience when players you initiate join and level, it's not like you have any actual control over anything they do and it's not like they can't accumulate a massive following of their own.

So, in short, I don't understand the complaint, but if people are worried about it, I guess go to:

Fair enough. I suppose I don't see it as anything to be concerned about because it's basically the only thing you have any control over: recruitment. Plus, I believe you can best your "master" and become independent anyway (and frankly, my Brute sucks, so it shouldn't be too hard ).

But whatever, it's a cute bit of random entertainment, not worth all this serious discussion.
