Changing factions in the Pantheon?

When I first started playing I didn't really know what I was doing, I just joined the Forces of Darkness not really thinking. Now I can't switch over to the Forces of Light, or at least I don't know how to.

Anyone care to lend a hand?

You can choose sides at the beginning of each Pantheon Tournament.  Once a side is chosen you have to stay with that side throughout the duration of the tournament.
