Вообще нет желания напрягаться и писать тут на английском, но так как тут все тупо сделано, через силу сделаю это!!!

Game is very lag when try to play by internet, its lag on fist enter to choise the free game!!! lag like hell! idle sometimes more than 30 sec! Its unbelieveble now 2009 and i have 4mbs internet conections and have this f.... lags!!!

Fix this or give my money back!

Rly i want play in this game! But i cant because this game very very lag!

И почему нет русского форума поддержки! Если жта игра распостраняется официально на русском где русский официальный форум???

Вам что трудно сделать нормальные выделенные серверы под игру? Ведь обычные игроки лагают как черт!

Ye, I got it the first time. It's like Kryopsis said, it's the custom gamelist that's lagging at least for me, and I've heard many others having the same problem. Originally I imagined that the game just works that way for everybody, when the list updates the game just freezes for 30s or so. There have been weirder glitches. I admit I was assuming much there though :)

Still, the problem exists for some, and hopefully it will get fixed soon. It's not intolerable, but very annoying.

Sheetone, this is being said all over these forums, and it's somewhat true: multiplayer game releases tend to have problems, and they're usually fixed during first few weeks. It's not like you're only playing for serial, the game itself is good, the net code is just a part of it. Ofc full priced game should be expected to work well, but.. say, give it a week or two, if it's still as bad you're right to complain.

 

exactly... give it a week people.  its only been 5 days and only 3 of that have been working days.  meaning stardock have had aproximately 24 hours of working on this problem.  Everyone on this forums needs to chill out for a few days and wait for them to actually fix it before continuing to rant about lag and unstable servers.

Sorry, but that just doesnt make sense. I heard there was a beta that lasted a few months. meaning stardock have had aproximately "a few months" to work on this problem...

uh... no?  so what if they had a beta... obviously the problem didn't exsist then,  all Beta'ing is is taking a small sample of users and testing the gameplay/compatibility.  since there are probebly serveral million people having problems with this game it obviouly means that there several million people with computers with slightly diffrent specs.  i myself have 1 Quad Core vista... 2 Dual Core XP's.... and a Quad laptop with Windows 7.  all of which play Demigod with one sort of problem or another.

If player A and player B have a poor connection to each other, you will have lag. There's nothing any game can do about that.

What we are going to do this week is make it so that skirmish and pantheon games connect players based on region so they'll get better results.

But in terms of custom games, if you're in Asia, you should pay close attention to your latency times to the people you are playing with.

i understand! but i second hour trying to play with anybody and always have different problem... i thing its wrong and this is not my bad or some1 else!

its just becouse we have only one room! i think better make EU RU USA ASIA or more UA FR GE US UK CH etc...

this game dont have any info about ping to host from game list its VERY BAD i must always try to connect to know can i play with this host

and dont sey me its bad connection from A user to B user... 2 or minutes i try connect to all users in game and there i see ping 150 max!!!

do u think its problem? ha ping 150 its not a problem! PROBLEM iS LAGGING CONNECTION METHOD IN THIS GAME!!!
