Where did you get that screenshot from when you dont' have the theme, just asked coz it may help you find da theme as well.

  Da Bears!!! If you could post where you got the screenshot from it may help in tracking it down. Have you tried tracking it down there? Nice looking skin,too.

The NFL is very touchy about using their logo without permssion so I'd figure it's either distributed by them or it was removed from any skinning sites due to copyright infringement

You won't get much help with warez software here.

I simply googled chicago bears wb visual style theme and then it was like the third link from the top. I don't use warez software everything I have on my pc has been paid for with the exception of freeware. Thank You.

A moderator removed the link to the warez site and we move on

I posted the link because Wizard1956 asked me to post where I saw the theme, I came here looking for it because I thought maybe it originated from here and since this forum is linked with Stardock I assumed could get help here not grief from a Judgmental moderator. I don't think I want to be a part of this kind of forum.

I saw that too Bry. That skin is identical to the one posted on that Warez site (judging by the screenshot, that is). So either Shiminok is the original author of the skin or he downloaded it there and uploaded it to skinbase as his own 

He may be (and likely is) the author. The issue is that the NFL actively enforces their copyright. I'm pretty sure I remember that skin being here on WC a few years ago. It was probably pulled at their request.
