Maybe this should have went into the WinCustomize forum, but since it relates to gaming, here it goes.
A few days ago SmartException helped me fix a bad crashing problem in the game Dungeon Keeper II (on Win2K). Turns out I needed to update a sound library that had issues with Win2K. If I didn't have SE running, it would have taken me much longer to figure out what was going on, and I would have probably gotten bored with it and gave up.
