[Bug] Nickname Change

Can't change nickname

from Demigod Forums

I've seen it talked about on the forums, but now that I have the retail game i'd rlly rlly rlly like and appreciate a dev fixing this bug or fixing it on my account. I've tried changing my nick in the forums, the community page in Impulse and it won't change. It does work in single player, but on the internet it displays my first and last name. Pretty lame... Im begging you. Please help!

Think I'm in your boat... When I went to create my account, apparently my email had an existing account from I can't even remember when, and now when I play multiplayer I'm stuck with my stupid name, I woulda created another account just so I could have a more appropiate name, I think it's an AIM name from like college some 6 or 7 years ago. Makes me feel pathetic...

And I don't think I can create another account for a different name since you have to plug ur CD key upon creating it... So I would assume it's linked and it wouldn't allow you to use the key for a different account. Guess I have to live with this name, really wanted MrDingleBerry :(

Yeah, you can't create another account because it is tied to your cdkey. Your right about the existing account crap, because I had created an account for impulse back before the beta. This is very frustrating and although it doesn't ruin the game for me, it is very very annoying and will prevent me from being able to change my name for clans and such.
