The setting is not right. If I had two neighbours, Suzuki and Saito, and Suzuki keeps screaming "death to Saito" and shoots at Saito's door every day. Their neighbours know well about both of them. Some of the neighbours cooperate with Suzuki, some stop him from smuggling weapons and the other one, who has the biggest power in the region, cooperate with Saito. I would find it extremely odd if the police did not search the place where Suzuki and his family were shot and Saito did not allow the police to come in the place.

Did the police search Suzuki's place to find out if one of Suzuki's own family killed Mr Suzuki or did the police immediately assume that it must have been Saito?

Also remember that most of the neighbours used to join Suzuki in his insane war against the Saito family.

Plus there used to be Mr Toshiba from the other side of the road, who murdered ALL of the Suzuki's cousins on his side of the road and is still considered a hero by the Suzuki family and most of the other people living in the house.

The biggest power in the region cooperates with Saito, but has only done so for a short time and for some reason tries to be "balanced" all the time, asking Mr Saito please to open the door when the Suzuki family complain that they cannot shoot Saito's children with the door closed.

And the major complaint the police have is that Mr Saito keeps his door closed when being shot at. Plus they condemn the Saito family for not giving free money to the Suzuki family all the time. (Mr Saito already pays the Suzuki family's medical bills and is regularly shot at when he brings over the money.)

Of course there is a back story where the apartments once belonged to Mr Suzuki, and before that to Mr Mitsubishi, and before that to Mr Saito, and after Mr Suzuki they belonged to Mr Turkish Guy and after that to some English dude. All the other apartments in the street are owned by the Suzuki family, who keep the former inhabitants as slaves. Mr Sudanshi and Mr Irakishi (Mr Suzuki's cousins) were the worst perpetrators.

The police hears about it.

Mr Suzuki wants to kill the Saito family and can't because the Saito family keep their door closed.

Mr Saito occasionally shoots back and is a much better shot.

Mr Saito's cousin, Mr Sudanshi, is accused of murdering everyone in the three apartment on his floor and enslaving the people on the floor below. People are FLEEING his part of the house, some to the Saito's apartment, which already houses refugees from all the other apartments.

In the buildings on both sides of the street members of the greater Suzuki family murder and enslave everybody else, except the Saito family who shoot back. And they murder each other. In fact Mr Algarishi (another cousin of Mr Suzuki's) has managed to somehow to end up with one third of his family dead one evening, with no external influence whatsoever.

Mrs Saito complains that she has heard that Mr Saito occasionally murders his own children, and indeed there are often children missing with no explanation.

So the police decide to raid Mr Saito's apartment every two weeks.

And there is nothing wrong with the scenario?

yea i see now, she didn't confuse the names because she was simply not telling the whole story, she wasn't make an abstract but simply renaming israel and palastinians and then perpetuating blood liabel.

We were supposed to GUESS as you did that suzukis family was murdered (by the saitos), because there is no indication of that ever happening her story...

However if going ONLY by the story then there is no mention of suzuki's family being murdered in the saitos residence or by the saitos or whatever (its not clear within that story).

Honestly I would be much more concerned about the "police" in question as my little post about the un indicated... since the police come they don't actually investigate anything but just rape random little girls in the neighborhood, steal, and join in the shooting.

Only if the neighbour in question tried to murder him, plus he gave back the apartment he once took.

Note that all the other neighbours happily invade other apartments if they want to, for example the house of the Berber family from North-Africa, the house of Mr Kurdistan, and the homes of those nice black African families that Mr Sudanshi claims as his.

And while Mr Saito has an agreement with the people living in the apartment he took over, none of Mr Suzuki's large family even speak to the people whose apartments they took or allow them to speak.

Of the 200 apartments in the street, 99 are owned by Mr Suzuki's family, another 99 are controlled by his family and its inhabitants kept at slaves or murdered while only two flats are under the control of Mr Saito, one being the one he bought and the other being one of the places the Suzuki family used to shoot at Mr Saito's children, which Mr Saito says he will give back to the Suzuki family if they agree not to shoot any more.

I'm afraid at some point the police will have to investigate somebody else too. How can they solve crimes otherwise?

Once Syria withdraws from Kurdistan and Saudi-Arabia from Hejaz we can talk about an Israeli withdrawal from ancient Jewish cities like Hevron and Jericho. But we need to verify first that the Arabs really believe in ending the occupation.

The current definition of a terrorist appears to be a returning veteran having difficulty re-integrating into society.

Also hamas never cooperates, it just always makes STATEMENTS saying it WILL. Who cares what STATEMENT they made, they never actually follow through on any of their promises, agreements, or statements.

There are where it is extremely rare because it is illegal and punished harshly, the UN on the other hand gives total immunity to their troops who do so.

this sort of "rape is normal" argument reminds me alot that one guy who was saying "if someone invaded america, american soldiers would use its civilians as human shields, its called normal tactics".

It never ceases to amaze me how forgiving liberals are of war crimes. And their assumption that everyone comits them. I guess that might have to do with their beleif that guns are evil, ergo all soldiers are pure evil and must thus all equally commit war crimes.

Leauki, I saw a footage that showed Israeli soldiers were hitting some Palestinians and breaking their bones. Were the soldiers punished? It was like being organized and the soldiers looked used to it.

I know UN sex scandals. But any countries have such kinds of scandals on soldiers and some of them are punished only after whistle-blowing. UN is not special.

There is a voice over of a lady telling a story, all of it is BS... this is followed by two clips of people who are maybe hit with what looks like a stick by people in unmarked and uncoordinated uniformed. then two clips of black and white zoomed out clips of a group of men in an unrecognizeable uniform hitting someone with a rock, first on the back, and then one holds his arm and the other hits it with a rock in the joint. It looks like it is supposed to be the same setting as the stick beating, which, btw, was faded into black and white, but they don't look to be the same to me. Then there is a teen boy with a bleeding nose being lifted, yelled at by one man, and then pulled away from the yeller and being pushed against the wall (maybe to handcuff him?). finally men in coats and hats that say "mishtara" in hebrew (police) push a few individuals who look completely unharmed into a car.

That last bit with the police is the only case in which I can actually IDENTIFY the uniform being worn. in the case of the rock beatings they were not even all wearing the same stuff, it was a mismatch of items. heck one of the rock beaters is even wearing a HOODIE.

The one man being hit with rocks is the only case where actual real violence is observed and not a "lead into" or "aftermath" of violence.

I can't make out any rank, insignia, words, flags.. nothing. There is a guy wearing a hoodie shirt the color of the uniform, another wearing what looks like a black sweater.

They DO look middle eastern though. It being black and white makes it even harder to tell what the hell kind of uniform it is.

PS. just so you know in hebrew "break their bones" means "kick their ass". just like in "ass kicking" there is not necessarily any physically kicking a buttox.

So... the question is, are those israeli soldiers? if so, were they doing so as part of a "plan" or comitting a singular crime? if a crime, did it get investigated and were they punished for it? and finally, are the various claims made by the narrator are true (ex: the bit about "during the intifada, thosands of palastinians were being rounded up with no trial, and imprisoned in harsh conditions where physical torture and abuse were rampant" or before that "many palastinians being rounded up and imprisoned; since 1967 over 400,000."). as of 2007 the population of gaza has reached 1.5 million... israel has a population under 6 million at the time, today it has 7.2 million (and had much less around 1967)... how a 6 million people country rounds up and imprisons 400k people out of a 1.5 million person territory (again, there were much less back then) is beyond me, especially doing so without anyone noticing. (the news here makes a huge fuss about every INDIVIDUAL palastinian killed.)

Anyways, I am currently looking up more photoes of uniforms from the region. I want to see if, even without rank, insignia, etc, if there are any distinguishing features in those mismatched uniforms...

But that does not mean its not possible that a gang of israeli soldiers out of uniform and wearing no identifing insignia set about to break the bones of a palastinian man, it is just not as conclusive as you make it out to be.
