Does anyone speak Austrian here?

I was wondering if someone could tell he how to say "wheeling and dealing" in Austrian? I was curious when I saw a video of President Obama in a press conference in France and made the following comment:

"There's a lot of - I don't know what the term is in Austrian - wheeling and dealing..."

Please help translate this to Austrian. I am very curious to know how it's said. And I don't mean German, a common language in Austria, I mean Austrian, which is what President Obama said.

LOL, I got both plus a bit of Portuguese, but I doubt I will find anyone, beside Obama, who knows about this secret language called Austrian.
