Quandary - Plz Assist!

Ok - I couldn't find an exact answer in search - so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a friend who wants to give me his copy of Twilight of the Arnor - he has registered it and downloaded the updates to his impulse account before - but now he has lost his original GC II Gold game and he no longer plays it anymore.

I have a brand new - unopened - copy of GC 2 Gold.

Is there anyway he can gift his copy of Twilight of the Arnor to me? He is willing to give me his email he used to register his impulse account and gift that to me also - he won't be using it.

I'm not trying to "get away" with anything - I simply can't afford Twilight right now and I would love to be able to play it - rather than have it collect dust on some closet shelf.

I have bought all the other GC 1 and GC 2 games - is there any way to make this work? - I mean couldn't I just download the latest Impulse App and register it with his username and email and then just install and update my brand new unopened GC 2 Gold game and his Twilight of the Arnor?

I hope people won't just take this as an opportunity to hassle me - I am 1/2 Mill in debt (no joke).

The easiest way might be to contact Stardock support and request that they merge the two accounts into whichever one you want to use.

Thanks for the info - but it seems I was incorrect - he does want to keep his impulse account for his Sins of the Solar Emprie games - he just wants to gift me Twilight of the Arnor.

Under the latest version of impulse - can he gift me this game - he has the actually retail disk.

What does he need to do to do this if this is possible?

Any advice would be awesome!!
