[BUG] Localization, default keys

I've been playing this game on a French XP, with a French keyboard (AZERTY). By default, the "WASD" keys are mapped by key value, and not location, so regardless of keyboard, W=Up, A=Right etc... (It should be [1st Row, 2nd Column=Up], etc)
This is really not good if you don't have a QWETY keyboard, and you have to re-map all the keys yourself. Not big a deal, but a pain, and also a put-off if you are a new user to the game. Also, it just doesn't seem professional when those little details are not fixed.
