Have you done a search in the WC Gallery Libraries?

You might try it using 'Patriotic', 'America', '4th of July' or 'Independence Day'.  What sort of Icons are you looking for, desktop, ObjectDock, Misc?

Couldn't find any patriotic icons, but this is patriotic enough for me:-

Of course red white and blue could mean French, but they have to be awkward and call it blue white and red...
