When you say Georgia, you mean the Country and not the American State correct? I just googled your name and your username is showing up on a Turkish language website. I think this should be made clear.
My only concern for the artist is that if you're in Georgia, Turkey, Russia or whatever, then this artist would have zero legal recourse if something goes wrong. I'm not assuming you would do anything wrong, but its important for an artist to be protected and i don't see it happening if your company is based in one of those countries. Just my opinion.
I'm not trying to discourage anyone from doing this, just make sure you're protected. I mean he still hasn't given the name of his company. Why not?
Let me also add that I don't know Giorgi and for all i know he could be the nicest guy in the world. That's not my point at all. My point is when you take assignments from companies in other countries than the one you live in, it becomes exponentially difficult to protect yourself.
Off-topic: I saw Godsmack in concert with Linkin Park years ago down in Miami and they were great live. I met Linkin Park that night too. Pretty awesome time.
