Banned because most folks still don't believe me when I tell them I actually once took a tech support call from someone who thought the CD tray was a cupholder.

That was back when CD burners were balky peripherals that cost more than a cheap PC, but still...

Banned for assuming the customer was male. And my impression was that the built-in optical disc drive was just a complete mystery to the nice lady who called our company. She didn't say anything about having problems using the tray as a cup holder, just that she'd never connected the shape of the CD we'd mailed her with the shape of the CD drive tray.
