Speaking of which, here's one of my favorites that I decided to commit to memory
Shoyu Chicken
Crock Pot
2-3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 4 oz. can of tomato paste
1 4 oz. can filled with a mix of soy sauce and sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar
several squirts of mustard.
A dash of garlic salt, for flavor.
Just drop everything into the crock pot at the same time, and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 6.
Shred chicken in sauce, serve with rice and enjoy hot.
Refrigerate leftovers, and reheat in microwave as necessary.
Super easy, and tastes really good.
It is also flexible, so change whatever ingredients you want.
