Banned because words are another example. For instance, I call cute girls dolls to politely compliment them as they're walking up to me. Here in the States, they get shy and smile and it's all good. In Finland, I called a girl doll and she got pissed off and walked away because there, being called a doll is comparing them to the little girl's toy and is insulting.
