Three areas that make this hospital suffer.
Under staffing,
lack of actually qualified staff( the staff is so under qualified that on more than one occasion people have taken advantage of hospital by pretending to have degrees and thus taking jobs that involved little work, that they couldn't do.)
And finally the biggest problem is that the Left hand does know what the right hand is saying( if you get what that means)
I would go on but really, the tales of the Grenada General Hospital are depressing.
Here's the thing: you havent been to a Greek hospital, and I havent been to a Grenada hospital, so none of us can have a clear opinion, and make an accurate assessment of how things are, thus being unable to say "A hospital is better than B hospital."

Basically the Right Hand left hand thing means that two parts of the staff do not communicate.
So what you really meant, was: "The left hand does NOT know what the right hand is saying."

First world Countries comprised countries like North America and England(countries with free market economies and no recent history of colonial rule)
Second World Countries are those communist states like Russia with planned economies
Third World Countries are those who were just recently under colonial rule, and whose economies where centered on the provision of goods to colonial powers and not towards a development focus.
Let me translate that:
1. First World countries: Basically countries that steal wealth and resources from the rest of the world. These countries are the richest in the world, mostly because of the many international big companies they got, and major stock brokers leeching money from the whole world. Their strongest weapon is that they are in the position to leave a big part of the 3rd world to starve to death, so they can be richer.
2. Second World countries: The middle class. These countries may or may not fall to the 3rd category, or on some rare occasions rise to the 1st category. They usually follow First World counties' lead, feeding on breadcrumbs left by the FWC, but mostly, they are exploited more or less. Basically they are the link between First and Third world countries.
3. Third World countries: They are basically the bottom part of the pyramid, with poverty being a very common and accepted thing, being exploited by everyone and being left to starve to death so that the elite can remain at the top of the pyramid. These countries do not have the social, technological and educational development that 1st and 2nd world countries get. Also, because our monetary system doesnt allow everyone to live with at least the minimum income that allows purchase of basic goods, like food, water and medicine, these people arent just left to die from hunger/poverty, they HAVE to die from hunger/poverty, so the system can be sustained, and the rest of us can have a job and a home so that we feed that system. There are some non-profit organizations that try to help the bottom of the 3rd world countries, but usually they fail because of lack of resources, money, and support.
