Banned because physics becomes more and more unwieldy as things scale up. Trying to use pure, un-generalized physics to explain, say, the brain is a hideously complicated calculation. In fact, all it can really tell you is where particles and charges are relative to where they were- it is nearly impossible to give that data context and meaning- for instance, saying "Ok, this region of the brain is responsible for handling auditory recognition".
