[BUG?] Regulus's Close Ranged Snipe

It's seems that with wings activated a close ranged snipe will not hit the target.

I have had trouble proccing snipes within a range of 30, for some reason. 1 out of every 10 will channel and make snipe noise, stance animation, but shot will not show and damage will not occur. I don't think this is related to wings.
