Seems to be a bug in the newest Version, yesterday the Updater installed it on my PC and now I can't see the Fences areas anymore.

Worked flawless before that last update.

Do you have an image as your desktop wallpaper or just using a solid color?  I had this problem while using a solid color on my desktop.  I added a new wallpaper image and the Fences appeared!

Double click the desktop. Maybe it will come back.

If you have this feature on, double-clicking the desktop shows/hides the fences groups.

I installed this program on a laptop and at PC. It works brilliantly on my PC but on my laptop the fences and title has disappeared. Both computers run with no background image and a solid colour.

As suggested I have used a background image and then the fences reappears.

Has anyone found a solution for this bug. I don't really like to have a background image just for the sake of Fences

update 31-05-2009

Even with the background image on I'm having problems with Fences. Quite often when i start my laptop the fences have gone and my desktop freezes. So I have to logout and login again. Not the best way to start a presentation when out at clients. So unless a fix is found for this I'll have to uninstall it. A shame because Fences gives a much needed function :-(

Doesn't sound like anyone has fixed this issue as it still occurs on the latest version of fences.

What version are you using now?  Most of these were ironed out with and since the 1.0 release.  Back in May when this post was made Fences was still in beta.
