I found the Targus AWE 11 US with the ergometric stand is absolutely great!

The ones with one fan (the large is quieter than 2 small ones) are limited in that they have no ergometric raising stand.

As I said, The Targus with the stand is just super. Look around for deals, though!

I have this one: Rosewill 12"-15.4" Notebook Cooler with 360-degree Swivel and have been quite happy with it. It has a small fan, adjustable tilt which helps with viewing/typing/airflow, and the 360-swivel comes in handy too.
