[HELP] Outlook Mailing Lists

How do I...

Greetings anybody,

I was hoping someone could tell me how to generate a list of e-mail addresses under a single title in Outlook 2003, so that I address an e-mail to said title and it gets sent out to everyone on the list. I also need to know how to do that while keeping all the addresses hidden from all recipients (a Bcc list, essentially I believe).

I have tried multiple times to sift through the attendant help files in Outlook, but they aren`t much help. Its easy I am sure, but I just have no clue what the simple procedure is. Anyone?

Thanks for your time.

I would like Bcc to apply to all addresses in the list automatically... I do not want one addressee to view any other recipients on the list. Can this be done?

I`m also wondering if those instructions will take care of the Bcc`ing, albeit manually, for my list.
