the 3rd expansion

I'm sure there is an old thread about this, but I have not seen one since Entrenchments release

We know that there are 3 expansions planned.   Prior to entrenchment's release we knew that the 1st was a defensive upgrade and the 2nd will be a social/diplomacy/trading upgrade.    But the 3rd was a still unknown.   Now that the 1st one has been released, are we going to get to hear about the 3rd expansion (keeping us informed 2 expansions in advance as before?)

And if you, stardock/ironclad, can still not say anything about that release; I speculate that the 3rd expansion is the much desired single-player story or campaign mode.

lol, there will never be a story\campaign!  think of all of the fan fiction and comedy that will be ruined.

What would be cool is if the added more on to the backstory of the Vasris race. Take a look at lore and you'll see what I mean.

I would like to see the Vasari Nemesis (care bears as we now all know...) as a playable race...

A campaign would be nice!

I personally would love to see a campaign editor, which allows you to place pop up texts under specified game conditions (ship X is destroyed, planet Y has been conquered...) similair to the story mode in "Alpha Centauri". It should be possible to take a defined fleet from one mission to another...
