Still no cutomization window, edit does not work

Edit Fences" from context menu or from "Customize Fences" desktop icon

still does not open the customize windows.  I have updated to 96.040 from

previous releases none of which show the customization menu.  The wait cursor

does appear when launching the cutomization program(fences.exe).  Fences seems

to work fine with the exception the customization menu not working.  I've also tried

making Windowsblinds 6 not skin fences.exe and also tried different program compatibility

modes from the properties page.  Any help, fixes, or work arounds to get the customiztion

working would be of great value as fences would be of much value for my desktop.
