help,cannot seem to register my game

I bought a copy of galactic ci ultimate edition. THe only serial key on it is on the manual on the back coer attached to a sins of a solar empire ad.

Tried some things like removing dashes or changing O to 0, but no good.

 

If it helps, its labeled seriennummer

 

Its not a collectors edition, and the registration page said that european purchases only had problems with the collectors edition. Anything im doing wrong?

did you buy it before or after ultimate edition registered to stardock?

Just so you know alot of the ultimate editions from before registations actually did have their serials plugged in to the new registation areas in impulse. Go to the dealer you got the game off and and ask them for a new serial.

If you didn't then did you buy it off ebay or second hand? In that case it could already be in use.

Also if you registered it to 1 account then tried to use it on a second you would also get the same result of it not working.

I have a similar problem with an ultimate edition serial number. I had to use Impulse to register it, but I still can only create one metaverse character. I hope this is not going to turn out to be a problem for everyone who buys the box edition.

I guess it was luck of the draw when you bought the game.
