LogonStudio will not change Vista log on screen

Hello Everyone!

I've installed, un-installed, and I've updated and still to no avail. I am unable to change the logon screen. It keeps telling me it's locked and asks me for my password. Does anybody know how I can get the program to change my logon screens. Or at the least change it back to the original screen.

Are you part of a domain?  It won't work on an domain.
