Big Problems, Galaxy Forge 1.1

Thank you for your attention. I have been scowering the threads looking for an answer.  Sins, and Entrenchment bot upgraded to the most recent update, February 21st i think.  I have GF 1.1 but it gives me an error when trying to open any of the sins maps. So I make my own, but then it won't show up in the sins map selection.

      Now I have triple checked all the dumb mistakes that are usually made. the file IS in the correct folder. It IS version two when i open it with notepad. the only difference i can see between my maps and sins' maps are the quick start thing. when i compare the text files my maps don't have any of the quick start variables, but all of sins maps do. So is the problem Galaxy for or me?  Also i've tried this on XP, Vista and W7. thank you.
