Didnt recieve the Serial Number

i did the digital download for the game, and i never recieved the email with the serial number

Try entering the email address you used in the store at the support website to have it resent. Failing that, contact [email protected] and they can look into what went wrong.

Considering he posted this in the global PC Gaming forum, it's not clear at all which game he bought. But yes, if it happened to be Elemental then there won't be a serial until Juneish when the beta begins.

You guys really do need better organization for these forums.  I saw this on Elemental Forums, so assumed it was about Elemental.

 

The good thing is, that's the biggest thing I can nitpick Stardock about.

And in that case, you won't receive a serial number until your pre-order is processed and charged, which will be on whatever day the beta comes out ;)
