Retail box upgrade: whats it come with

i know i'm not supposed to bump up posts so sue me...i'm going to keep doing it untill someone answers me....ONCE AGAIN DONT TELL ME WHAT I ALREADY KNOW AND SAY "YoUR NOt allOWed to BUMp uP PosTs"

The music files are in .ogg format, but you need a specific codec to be able to play them.

For future reference: You are not allowed to bump your posts.

I bought the standard edition at retail and it did not include a music cd, just the disk and manual.  There also is no need to repeat yourself and use excessive caps.

go to that and that is what i mean....does that mean that i get what the collector's edition has or am i just buying a box when i have the full retail STANDARD version right now?

I checked through impulse and it says the extra content is available through download at this website.  I'm not sure if it really is the collectors edition or not but it sounds like it is.  The upgrade I believe is just the physical copy of the disk which is the same as the retail version since the extra content is online.  Perhaps someone more knowledgeable can clear it up.  Hope that helps.

As a side note I did not go through your link since it wanted me to enter my serial # and I know everthing works for sins through impulse and I don't want to accidentaly screw something up.

Ordering via Impulse download gets you the Collector's Edition goodies in downloadable form.

Ordering via Impulse and getting a box gets you a Collector's Edition box (unless things have changed, or maybe if they've run out), whatever that contains.

It strikes me as fairly likely that they're out of CE boxes at this point.

sry bout earlier.....i am really frustrated by the fact that they are not entirely specific....

and is there any way you can JUST download the "goodies" besides the actuall game itself....i really want to get the music...

IS the CD seperately anywhere? I don't care about ogg either, foobar ftw

If you order from Impulse in any way, you get access to the downloadable goodies, including the music CD.

If you email [email protected], they can check if we still have any CE boxes or not.
