Queen of Throns range changed 2D / Regen citadel broken

At full compost 3 before I could be just outside tower range, considering how squishy she is this was one of her advantages like the Sniper.  Why was this reduced?

Also when a Citadel upgrades and its HP increases, any regen skill points for buildings stops working for it.  All towers continue to work but Citadel stops until you buy an upgrade to start it going again.  Can this be fixed please.

ALSO - I bought the reduced price favor item.  It does indeed show costs as cheaper I think but if say I have 4300gold and it says I need 4200 for the Chippo siege minions it WONT let me click the button stating "You do not have enough gold" when I actually should have.  Until my gold gets to the price they should be without the favor item, it wont let me buy =(

I belive the 10% off is supposed to be for items only, they dont apply to your minions buy and I think they shouldnt apply to the citadel upgrades either. Would guess its just a graphical bug that it actually do reduce the upgrades cost by 10%.

This has been present since the beginning of Beta 2.  I posted on it twice now.
