I bought the game new and I am trying to register the codes but they are not working. Whats wrong?
What edition did you buy, which number are you registering and where are you registering it?
Most importantly, did you buy a used copy where the serial numbers have alreday been used?
I am also having this trouble. I bought a new copy from Target that was in the discount rack. I contacted the support e-mail and gave them my invalid cd key. I hope they provide me with one that will work. I need the latest update so it doesn't crash all the time on my Vista machine.
