Problem getting the game to start.

Every time I go to start the game, the game won't start and a message pops up saying the game had performed an illegial operation. I uninstalled and installed it, but no success. I also downloaded the 2 patches and no success geting the game to start. The first time I tried to play the game worked, so I know its compatible with my system, its just every time after it. Any idea how to fix it? Thank you.

You should talk to the support people instead of posting it here. This is not just a bug, you can't even play the game.
