Can't download/install WW2 Frontline Cmd

from Stardock Forums
Just noticed a new game on TGN and tried to install it. I get the following error:

I see that it's a beta(?) but Stardock Central says it was last updated on 7/16?

Is it a real game or just a tease?

Hmmm, I have a weird problem with WW2: FLC where everytime I have downloaded the main install file from SDC and it goes to extract and install the files in the Default directory on my harddisk, I get a full system lock-up, the whole thing hangs. Don't know the reason. Hasn't done it with any other totalgaming game.
