STAT OF THE DAY

STAT OF THE DAY that you may not know.....

It takes a growth of 150,000 jobs each month to keep up with population growth in the U.S.

So the next time the bush brags about a growth of 1.5 million jobs in the last 11 months, do the math and tell the others watching that it is a net loss of 150,000 jobs and nothing to brag about.

I don't understand what is ridiculous about this stat. This is not a partisan statistic created recently. This is a fact!! What does your math show about population growth in the U.S.?

This from the folks who sent millions of our jobs to Mexico and China? Fascinating.

Well, you get the picture.

You can't blame Bush for all the jobs sent to Mexico and China! Some were destined to happen with this world economy.

I know where you are going with this. Poor people are poor because they are lazy. Rich people are rich because they are not lazy. The opportunities are there for everyone and if the poor people are too lazy or stupid to take advantage of these opportunities then they deserve to live in their pathetic world. I know that conservatives don't like to be this blunt for fear of being called mean spirited - they perfer to use nuances like three consecutive periods...
