Seriously nice, not common colors. Do something with that wallpaper though ( )

The "wallpaper" is a solid color. I often use a solid color while building a skin. No distractions

My suggestions would include; smaller logoff gylphs, centering the url\search box and perhaps a diff start button?

Now.. u know u wanna add some kind of black symbol\glyph inside that Orb..

When I first saw that start panel (all by itself with nothing on it) I thought it was kinda plain....now that I see it in place it looks fantastic.   Keep going Tim, this one is going to be a hit!

 I'm going to have to pick your brain on how you come up with these ideas. You always seem to have a few projects going all at once, and I have a hard time comming up with just one at a time.

i love gold clashing with black.  please..hopefully there is vista ready ? tried xp skins, not work out.
