That argument just doesn't hold, because bush was in power for 8 years, and so if he really wanted to he could have stopped things or at least not made them so bad. Yes others might be to blame as well, but that doesn't mean Bush is without blame.

Bush didn't help, no,; but LW's right; this does go back a lot further than Bush. I mentioned it in my post "On Liberals and Conservatives". Feel free to look it up.
How are they islamic terrorists? If there's proof they are, then would it really be so hard to give them a trail, the same as anyone else? Or is it just that someone thinks they might be, and so wants to keep them locked up just in case?
If you have evidence against them, then give them a (fair) trial. Otherwise deport them (assuming they're not from the US).

"How are they islamic terrorists"?! Why must you people insist on being so deliberately obtuse?
Well, let's see...I'm assuming that US troops and agents didn't just walk down the street, arresting random Muslims, no matter what lies the paranoid lefties out there try to propagandize.
What is it with you guys and wanting to free people who hate and want to kill you, and destroy your way of life, so that they can go back to actively trying? Lincoln locked up known Confederacy supporters and spies, and held them til the war was over; what's wrong with that? Oh, and guess who opposed him in that, as they did in virtually everything else to do with supporting the war and the Union, including the Emancipation Proclamation?
The Democrats. Their history of treason is long.
When these Islamic terrorists go back to acts of terrorism (as has happened several times before, with released detainees who were later recaptured--or killed--engaging in their activities) and kill more innocent people, will you then be outraged? No. You're too liberal.
