Bill Richardson for 2008? Likely possibility.

Well, now that Kerry has lost, and assuming George W. Bush doesn't destroy this country by 2008, lets look at Bill Richardson, who I feel is a very likely candidate to run for the Democratic nomination in 2008 for president.

I think that Bill Richardson (Governer of New Mexico) would be a very good candidate for 2008 and a very good president. He is a very popular governer, and some even say that John Kerry was considering him as a possible running mate. He is, in my opinion, a more likely candidate then Hilary Clinton.

He is also not only popular among democrats, but also appeals to some republicans and independants as well.

Does anyone else support Bill Richardson as a candidate for 2008, or think he's likely to run? There's also Barack Obama, but I think that if he does eventually run, he won't until at least 2012.

And who do you think is likely to run under the republican ticket?
