Well, okay....maybe that subtitle is somewhat premature. Hamas' leadership has declared itself the victor in the recent clash, pointing out that, despite Israel's more successful attacks and the resulting body count, they failed to acheive their goals.

They said that historians for generations to come will long be writing of this great victory.

Thing is, the same kinds of people who laughed when Nixon declared victory in Vietnam will undoubtedly nod their heads in agreement with this one.

 

Now, onto something more importartant than a bunch of 10th century savages' sad delusions and propaganda:

Yeah they sure punched Israel in the fist with their face and kicked them in the knee with their groin. This is nothing new, they have already broke the ceasefire, the world just doesn't care. Too bad it cares too much about Israel trying to flush out those rats.

IN one way, they are right.  After all, look at all the sycophantic dupes that vilified Israel for protecting themselves.

Israel has to learn that whatever it does, short of genocidal suicide, they are not going to get World Opinion on their side.  So they can either commit suicide, or just level the assholes.

Makes me wonder if I even found myself in a situation where my life depended on killing a bear or a lion before it kills me, would I have to ask the world for approval to kill the bear or the lion to survive?
