Error When Trying To Adjust Color of Glass Borders Using TweakVista

I get the following error message when I click on <Adjust the color of glass window borders> under the <Overview> tab for DISPLAY.

"The compound file C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp\filename.Ink was produced with an incompatible version of storage."
