Beta issue...Bug?

No right click menus

Running latest Fences beta on XP Home SP3 w/all latest updates...

I get no right click menus at all. I can reate a new fence by right click and drag a rectangle, but no other menus, Can't rename a fence or change the icon exclusions.

Love it otherwise!!!
