In my short time here a few have been very helpful, I would like to give some Karma but can't find the option.
How do I give a user karma?
I have looked in other users profile and clicked on the karma but I see no option for adding/give karma.
Is this one of the areas that the citizen class does not have access to??

The little thumbs up on the bottom left of the reply is where karma can be given. Welcome to WC!
Yes, welcome, and here's some welcome Karma for ya 
Wiz is correct. At the bottom of each post is a thumbs up button next to the " report" button. Clik it to give that poster a bit of Kharma.

No, Unfortunately I'm not a subscriber yet. I am currently using the free versions of both WB and Skin Studio. Due to the economy state I am currently unemployed, but as soon as I get back to work and catch up on bills I will Definately be purchasing the full versions Skin Studio Pro and WB, and possible looking at subscribing later.
