The latest edition of This Week in Skinning is up! Friday is the day we scour the WinCustomize galleries looking for the coolest and most popular skins from the past week. It’s a great way to check out some skins that you might have missed normally.
I'm always going back looking for some jewel that I'd over looked before. Not too many now that res sizes have changes so dramatically. I'm not experience enough to know if I can upsize images without losing resolution. Call me DUH but it's just the way it is.
You can in PS7. Just import it, and click on image > size.
Experiment on starkers pictures.
Can't promise he'll look better, though.
