BTW, Annatar, go take an old cotton shirt that doesn't fit you any more. Cut out a three square inch section, and make it into a ball. Take a needle and thread, use it to make the ball stronger by wrapping the thread around the ball, pushing the needle through it every circle, and then change the orbit. There, you have yourself a neat little cotton ball, isn't that nice? Now go to the bathroom, and grab some ethanol. If that fails, buy some from the drugstore or use methanol or lighter fluid. Take your cotton ball in one hand and your fuel of choice in the other. Combine to make science(don't overdo it, it doesn't take much). Light it on fire. Hold on your palm. Optionally make two more cotton balls, and juggle them(not indoors).
Will it not work if it still fits me? 
Two strategically placed incisions should do the trick.
