my dock disappeared

hello, i was on my comp one day and my objectdock just went off my screen so i went to open it back up and nothing was there, so i uninstalled it and re-installed it and it looks the same, 1 blue dock with nothing, i have xp and my dock is plus v1.90 build 5.35, can anyone please help me, if u can tell me how to get the config thing back up, and then i can put my stuff back on there, thank u for ur time

Sounds like something really went wrong. When you uninstalled and reinstalled did you reboot in between? Did you also run a clean up program like CCleaner before the reboot? Did you use Impulse to reinstall?

yeah i did all of that but the impulse, i don't know what that is

Impulse is the new software managing Platform used to install/update all of SD's software. I would recommend uninstalling the OD you have and installing Impulse, then installing OD from within it. It is the only way to get the latest versions and updates I believe. http://www.impulsedriven.com/
