Need help with media player

If you move your mouse around slowly over the player tooltips might pop up as you go over the shuffle button.  Otherwise, which theme are you using?

I'm using washington capitals theme. I can't find there shuffle button

Looking at the screenshot I'm not seeing it either.  Probably best just to send a ticket to support https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submit and ask them.  The odds of someone who has that theme stumbling across this post are, well, not so good.
