Rainmeter help

I'm new to using rainmeter so when I try to set up my weather widget for the enigma skin, I do as the instructions say and copy/paste the url of my home city into the script.  When I then try to save an error message comes up saying

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Skins\Enigma\Taskbar\Weather\Toronto - 4days.ini file

Make sure that the path and file name are correct.

The thing is, that's the path I used to open the file so I know the path is correct.  Could somebody please help me out?
