Icon clipping

Here's an odd one that's not consistent.

An odd one, yes? A jpg icon is being clipped in the temporary fence. A scroll bar DOES show up, the fences are locked, and the problem is incosistent (the months fence has multiple icons within it as well)

Perhaps that is intentional. I hope not, because I like that with the months fence, I can only see one icon at a time, and as I scroll, it displays a new row of icons on every scroll trigger. It's a much cleaner way of displaying the icons.

Hi Aberneth,

If you resize the "months" fence taller, does the top of the icon beneath it begin to show?

Also, XP or Vista? Guessing XP?
